Freescope under Microsoft Windows

Frescope has been ported to Microsoft Windows since release 0.2.1, using the Cygwin environment.
I would advise users to work with the Cygwin environment, and run freescope with the rxvt terminal, which is part of the Cygwin contribution packages.
cygwin1.dll is required to run freescope on Windows!
